Damien has been practicing bodyworks since 2007 and graduated from the Santa Barbara Bodyworks massage school in Santa Barbara, California. In 2009  he worked as massage therapist on tour for the  professional cycling team Rock Racing. His approach to bodyworks is holistic as he integrates his backgrounds of psychology and yoga to assist his clients.

Each session usually involves elements of pain history and psycho-emotional involvement, massage therapy, joint mobilization, soft tissue manipulation and myofascial release;  body awareness and health education The changes are integrated through cranio-sacral therapy and exercises to take home.

Damien uses bodywork as an awareness tool to provide his clients with more options and freedom in their day-to-day lives and favorite activities. He usually combines these modalities in order to support the body’s natural healing process.

Swedish massage: A feel-good massage to relax, unwind and enjoy.

Deep tissue: A deeper approach to help chronic and acute conditions such as yoga injuries  back pain, neck pain, knee pain, numbness, tingling in arms and other ailments.

Sports: Assisting in event preparation and recovery, training enhancement.

Cranio-sacral therapy: Subtle yet extremely powerful modality, which effects are felt on levels of the body, mind and emotions.

Temporo-mandibular: help with jaw pain, teeth grinding, headaches.

Compressive deep tissue: Western approach to time-honored Eastern tradition, melting connective tissues and muscles with barefoot pressure.
